By accessing or using Reoclo ("the Platform"), operated by Boxmarshall LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, team members, and anyone granted access to a tenant account.
Reoclo is a DevOps infrastructure platform that enables you to deploy, monitor, and manage applications on your own servers ("Bring Your Own Server" or "BYOS" model). The Platform provides deployment automation, log management, uptime monitoring, status pages, incident management, domain and SSL management, and browser-based terminal access to your infrastructure.
We do not own, host, or control your servers. You retain full ownership and responsibility for your infrastructure, data, and applications deployed through the Platform.
Access to Reoclo is provisioned by your organization's administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We support multi-factor authentication via WebAuthn security keys and encourage all users to enable it. You are responsible for the security of any authentication devices you register with the Platform.
The Platform operates on a multi-tenant architecture. Each organization ("tenant") has logically isolated data. You may only access data belonging to tenants you are a member of. Attempting to access, modify, or exfiltrate data belonging to other tenants is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
As a user of the Platform, you agree to:
You retain all rights to your applications, code, data, and configurations deployed through the Platform. We claim no ownership over your content. The Platform software, its design, branding, and documentation are the exclusive property of Boxmarshall LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Environment variables, SSH keys, and registry credentials stored on the Platform are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with envelope encryption. While we take reasonable measures to protect your secrets, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and you should maintain independent backups of critical credentials.
We strive to keep the Platform available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Because you own your infrastructure, your deployed applications continue to run independently of Platform availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boxmarshall LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of your servers, networks, or applications deployed through the Platform.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, but your servers, applications, and data remain yours. We will not delete or modify anything on your infrastructure upon account termination. You may request a full export of your Platform data (configurations, deployment history, audit logs) within 30 days of termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the Platform dashboard or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
